Welcome to the Baker Lab

We're interested in how cells respond to their environment, with a special emphasis on membranes, cellular communities and hybrid methods for structural biology.  Our primary methodology is electron cryotomography, but we like to integrate fluorescence microscopy, mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy and other cryoEM modalities as well.  

We're part of the Kavli Institute for Nanoscience Discovery and Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford.
